Onyx today announced the ACCEL-JS2000, powered by the NVIDIA Clara Holoscan IGX platform that has been specifically designed as a powerful aid in AI deployment of medical devices. The ACCEL-JS2000 combines an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin module, NVIDIA RTX A6000 GPU and NVIDIA ConnectX network interface card (NIC) to offer powerful medical AI experience that is designed to be ready for IEC/UL 60601-1 safety and IEC/UL 60601-1-2 EMC certification. The ACCEL-JS2000 includes 7-10 years of standard product longevity with an optional extended 10-year support
program.

ACCEL-JS2000 (NVIDIA Clara Holoscan IGX)
The NVIDIA Clara Holoscan IGX software stack includes Yocto Linux OS, I/O drivers, and NVIDIA acceleration libraries. Because long-term support is important for medical devices, Clara Holoscan IGX software will be supported by NVIDIA for 10 years. NVIDIA will also extend this support for its hardware components, such as select discrete GPUs and smart NIC components.
ACCEL-JS2000 Target Customers and Applications
Onyx’s ACCEL-JS2000 based on NVIDIA Clara Holoscan IGX is targeted at supporting medical applications that require high-bandwidth I/O, real-time high-performance computing, AI inference, visualization, and advanced graphics.
Examples of ACCEL-JS2000 application scenarios include endoscopy, laparoscopy, arthroscopy, surgical robotics, surgical microscopy, ultrasound, X-ray fluoroscopy, radiation therapy, interventional imaging and treatment systems.
